It's completely safe, but freshly coloured hair is more likely to shift shade. You may want a new colouring session afterwards.
It depends on your base colour, the type of colour you had, and how long ago. Some clients see no change at all; others see up to 4 shades. Your hairdresser will tell you what to expect before starting.
No — a new colour, if you want one, is charged separately. We'd rather tell you that now than at the till.
Sulphate-free shampoo only. Avoid deep-cleansing shampoos, scalp scrubs and clarifying treatments — they strip the treatment out early.
You can, but we don't recommend it. Your hair will be sealed with a protein layer, so a more aggressive bleach is needed, and bleaching washes the treatment out wherever it's applied. Bleach or highlight before the treatment, not after.
Yes. We can apply it only where you need it — roots only, or specific sections of the crown — to get the effect you want without flattening everything.
Don't wash, pin, braid or curl for 48 hours. Because we wash it as one of the final steps in the salon, your hair won't feel greasy in the meantime.
Yes, any length. The only condition: it's for first-time clients who haven't visited the salon before.
